Dementia Caregiver Support Group
Join us for a journey of support and understanding with the Dementia Caregiver Support Group, proudly hosted by Trualta in partnership with the Southwestern Vermont Council on Aging (SVCOA). This caring community begins its sessions on Tuesday, April 16, and invites you to connect weekly for four enriching weeks. Designed to provide a haven for sharing and growth, our gatherings from 2:00-3:00 PM ET (11:00 AM-12:00 PM PT) offer invaluable resources, expert advice, and the collective wisdom of fellow caregivers navigating similar paths. As we celebrate SVCOA's 50 years of service, we continue to empower those who care for our loved ones with dementia. Together, let's strengthen our resilience and expand our caregiving skills in an environment of compassion and understanding.
