What is the SVCOA HelpLine?
The SVCOA HelpLine is a free, confidential phone service available to older adults, caregivers, and anyone with questions about aging services in our region. Whether you have a quick question or a critical need, our knowledgeable staff are here to listen and guide you.
We help you find the right programs, services, and supports—whether through SVCOA or another trusted provider.
How We Can Help
You can call the HelpLine to ask about:

Transportation for medical appointments or essential errands
